Nevada and I have been working on: cooking in season and within reason. Today we made a spaghetti squash with capers, zucchini, tomatoes and red peppers. It was delish! Definitely going to work with the spaghetti squash again in the future.

Sunday was Spaghetti & Meatballs with Bruschetta. Here is a picture of our bruschetta made from scratch. The bread was homemade and the herbs and tomatoes were fresh.
